At least three (3) new vertebrate species were found in the mountain range of Cape Melville by a scientist based in James Cook University, Queensland.
Researcher Conrad Hoskin together with a National Geographic film crew ventured into the mountain range on Cape York Peninsula, only to find out a 'Lost World' where they found three more addition to our existing list of vertebrate species.
The tandem found a "a bizarre looking leaf-tail gecko, a golden-coloured skink and a boulder-dwelling frog".
They called the depth of the forest as a 'Lost World', where they found the new and never seen before species.
