Student sets himself on fire in a suburban Denver school cafeteria

A student in Standley Lake High School in suburban Denver tried to kill himself through a self-inflicted fire; Eighty percent of his body was burned, fire officials said.

Another student and a school staff were slightly injured due to the incident.

The student, whose name was still undisclosed, ignited himself at 7:12 AM. He is now being treated in a hospital and is in critical condition.

These are what the student left as suicide notes:

this is not someone's fault. I had this planned for years.
if anyone says that they know why I did this ... nobody knows and nobody will.

School was canceled on the said day. School officials sent home, those who were in the campus already.
