Fugitive Japanese porn actress is in Manila on tourist visa

Japanese actress-stripper Minako Komukai has been confirmed on tourist visa in Manila, according to information shared by the Bureau of Immigration (BI).
She entered the country on January 21 on a Delta Airlines (DL173) flight from Tokyo.
The 25-year-old pornstar listed Glorietta 4, Ayala Centre, Makati as her address in the country.
Although she a fugitive in Japan, the fact that she got into the country as a 'legal alien', Komukai can stay for 21 days. As long as she does not do anything illegal according to the Philippine laws, she is free to stay.
A letter from the Embassy of Japan, signed by Embassy Consul Kenichi Horii was receievd by the Philippine's Bureau of Immigration, bearing the a request to obtain a copy of Komukai's arrival card.
Last week, Tokyo Metropolitan Police issued a warrant for Komukai. On the other hand, there has been no deportation issue raised by the Japanese government against the actress.
Komukai has been involved in several legal issues, where the latest of which is her linkage to a gang of Iranian and Japanese drug dealers, who were arrested last year.
