Seaworld killer whale 'Tilikum' case continues

Sometime in 2010, a Seaworld killer whale named Tilikum, killed a trainer Dawn Brancheau. She was pulled by the orca, underwater.
The Seaworld killer whale is a 12,000-pound orca performing at the SeaWorld amusement park, Florida.

At the height of the incident, a veteran killer whale trainer demanded that the trainers shall be separated from the orcas for protection. A citation was then issued to SeaWorld.

However, SeaWorld contested saying the "Occupational Health and Safety Administration" or OHSA is just overreacting to what had happened.

On Tuesday, three judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals listened to the arguments presented by SeaWorld.
