Driver involved in Tiananmen Square attack identified

Tiananmen Square attack on Monday, October 28 was the first ever declared terrorist handiwork in China capital, news said earlier.
The suspects who drove a sports utility vehicle that plowed through the crowds nearby, crashed into the symbolic statue of the late Chinese chairman Mao Zedong, Chinese police authority said on Wednesday.

Police announced their capture of at least five suspects responsible for the "terrorist attack".

China's Foreign Ministry expressed their share of sorrow and grief to the bereaved families of the victims. Meanwhile, state media disclosed the name of the vehicle's driver as Usmen Hasan.

Tiananmen Square is a large city square built at very heart of Beijing. It is known as the third largest city square in the world.
