The sudden news regarding a Don Mariano bus unit that fell off the Skyway this morning, killing at least 22 still reverberates with all its tragic and freaky occurrence. Just a while ago, a reader pointed out a certain photo posted on ANC 24/7's Facebook page - about a smiling man, probably in his 40s, caught behind the photographed extremely dilapidated Don Mariano bus.

We still don't know who this man is and what is he doing there at the accident area.

We do not mean to be judgmental but if you see this attitude in this kind of unwanted scene, what would you feel?
