Woman stole a friend's fetus

Meanwhile, a Massachusetts woman was charged after beating and strangling her own pregnant friend, in order to take the fetus from her womb and eventually claimed the baby as her own.


The accused, 39-year-old Julie Corey left her friend's body decomposing in her apartment in Worcester.

However, Corey pleaded not guilty of the charges (murder and kidnapping) pressed on her.

Several days after the body of the baby's real mother was discovered, Corey and the baby were found residing in a homeless shelter in Plymouth.

The baby girl who is now 4 years old is living with her biological father, Roberto Rodriguez.
