Bea Binene reacts to Xian Lim over name drag issue

Finally, Bea Binene spoke on the recent issue pertaining to a name-dragging scene, pulled off by ABS-CBN talent Xian Lim during a live "Banana Nite" Chinese New Year episode.

The score was, Xian Lim was delivering a song number when suddenly, a Kim Chiu 'kalokalike' in the person of Charmaine Viking appeared on stage. Lim went on to his number, seemingly totally unmindful of Ms. Viking. What's worse is that, Lim after singing, even asked "Sino ito? Ano ang ginagawa ni Bea Binene dito?", which can be translated to:

"Who's this? What's Bea Binene doing here?"

Like wildfire, Xian Lim on his 'rude' behavior earned negative reactions after the video of the said program went online.

On the other side, Bea Binene has been silent until yesterday (Feb. 3), where she took on Twitter to air her reaction:

In a series of Twitter posts on Jan. 31, Xian Lim asked for an apology, although still, not even directly addressed to Bea Binene.

I deeply apologize if I caused negative feelings while singing onstage during the Chinese New Years Eve countdown...It was not my intention, and I take full responsibility for my actions.
